Service Description

For clients who want service from the comfort of their home. Must be within 45mins of office location. Fee is per 3 day service. $75 per every 3 days. I only travel the first 2 weeks your post op. After your first 2 weeks you will have to book your appointments in office.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received 24 hours prior to appointment can be rescheduled at no additional charge. Cancellations received after 24 hours forfeit deposit and new booking must be secured. If you feel sick or have any Covid symptoms please stay home and reschedule.
